1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging TempoTech for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

TempoTech provides the following services:

• WhatsApp Automation & Chatbots — Automated messaging workflows using WhatsApp Business API
• AI Automation — Custom AI-powered workflows using tools like n8n, Make.com, and LLM APIs
• Voice Agents — AI voice automation for business communication
• Custom AI Agents — Bespoke intelligent agents built for specific business use cases

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of TempoTech, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information required for service delivery
• Ensure your use of WhatsApp automation complies with Meta's policies and applicable laws
• Obtain proper opt-in consent from your end-users before sending automated messages
• Not use our services for spam, illegal activities, or misleading communications
• Keep your API keys, credentials, and access tokens secure

4. WhatsApp & Meta Platform Compliance

All WhatsApp automation services delivered by TempoTech operate under Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies. Clients are responsible for:

• Maintaining their own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
• Ensuring message templates are compliant with Meta's guidelines
• Managing user opt-ins and opt-outs as required by Meta

TempoTech is not responsible for account suspensions caused by client misuse of the WhatsApp platform.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon individually for each project before work begins. General terms:

• 50% advance payment required before project kickoff
• Remaining 50% due upon project delivery
• Monthly retainers (if applicable) are billed at the start of each month
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final automation workflows, bot logic, and configurations delivered for their specific project. TempoTech retains the right to use general frameworks, templates, and methodologies developed during projects for future work.

The TempoTech brand, website, and any proprietary tools remain the exclusive property of TempoTech.

7. Limitation of Liability

TempoTech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Third-party platform outages (Meta, WhatsApp, n8n, etc.)
• Suspension of WhatsApp accounts due to policy violations by the client
• Data loss caused by third-party service failures
• Business losses resulting from automation downtime beyond our control

8. Confidentiality

TempoTech treats all client business information, workflows, and data as confidential. We do not share client project details, credentials, or business information with any third party without explicit written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, all credentials and access provided to TempoTech will be revoked, and all deliverables completed up to that point will be handed over.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
